Which courses will I take?

The College encourages students with Open Majors to enroll in courses from different curriculum areas. By taking various coursework, you will explore academic areas to decide which major you feel most comfortable studying in and which is best for you.

Through this program, you’ll have the option to meet with career counselors in ÐßÐßÂþ»­â€™s Career Services Office to explore your interests, strengths, and educational goals. You will also have access to the featuring resources to research and explore careers, including required training and education, skills needed, and salary expectations.

Want to explore your options further? You can pursue opportunities to volunteer, seek out relevant part-time roles, attend career fairs, and engage with employers and alums. These experiences will allow you to learn about job responsibilities and education requirements.

Assessment Tools

In addition to these resources, several assessment tools are available to help you better understand your personality, interests, skills, and goals. These include:

  • Strong 244: this inventory will help you identify skills and how they relate to your interests
  • Clifton Strengths: an assessment that identifies your top five strengths to focus on how you can build on your greatest potential
  • MBTI: an assessment designed to help you identify and gain insight about how you uniquely take in and process information, and engage and manage the world around you

Benedictine Scholarship

All new first-year applicants to ÐßÐßÂþ»­ will be awarded either the Benedictine Scholarship or the Access Award, upon admission to the College.

Financial Aid

100% of traditional incoming undergraduates receive some type of scholarships. The average for scholarships, grants, and/or loans is $31,841.
